We do not have a proper diagnosis, but we believe it to be bearing noise NOT lifter noise. But without tearing the motor down, its hard to tell. The PA inspection sticker expired and the tires are right about 1/3 tread. There is zero rust on the cab and minimal undercarriage rust. The bed is in great condition.
