It is a scheduled replacement with 5700 hours, and has many more hours of time left. The operators performed the daily and weekly maintenance. Fleet Technicians preformed all of PMs and repairs. All have attended the Elgin Sweeper operating and maintenance training provided by the manufacturer and Vendor. We have complete service records available upon request. Operator manual included. The sweeper was always in off-season indoor storage from October till April every year, and in the operations shop during summer months. The town is population 74000 people. Out of est. 7 months of warm weather, it ran 14-15 weeks per year. At the end of each day the operator completely washed the machine thoroughly and greased and refueled for the next day. At the end of the season all panels were removed and a complete cleaning was done before storage. It has a John Deere diesel motor that starts and runs great with a hydro-stat transmission that is working perfectly. This sweeper is a Dual Broom configuration. Tires are in good condition. All windows and mirrors are good - no cracks and clean. Lights all work, heater and air conditioning works good. All gauges work. The interior is in good condition and shows average wear. The seats are in good condition with no major damage or wear showing. Both control stations function as they should. The extended cab allows provides plenty of storage and space. The frame / underside of the truck is in good condition and showing only light surface rust. The truck has good tires all the way around.
