<p>For Sale: 2001 Peterbilt 379, a reliable and iconic model with a strong C15 6NZ engine, an Eaton 10 speed, and wet kit, all wrapped up in that great classic look of a Pete. This truck is in great condition mechanically and ready to deliver exceptional performance for your hauling needs. In the last 6 months, we have replaced or repaired all of the following: Transmission, Clutch, Flywheel, Rear main seal, Exhaust, Rear and Front shocks, Drive tires, Rear fenders, Belts, Hood rests, Batteries, Head lights, Head light harness’s, Fuel sending unit, Air suspension button in the cab, Fifth wheel slider button in the cab, Rear differential lock button in the cab, Valve cover gaskets, Spring hanger bushings in the rear front axle, Cab air bags, Rekeyed the entire truck, New tarp switch. Torque arms in the rear, and new fuel lines from the tanks to the engine. <b style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">Engine:</b> This engine had it’s rebuild done on 7/19/2022, all work was done by Rush Peterbilt. While the truck was at Rush Peterbilt it also got a brand-new CAT cylinder head installed. The truck will come with all the paperwork from the rebuild and the new cylinder head. All oil changes after rebuild have been done at the 10k mark with only CAT filters and Valvoline 15w-40 premium blue. <b style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">Upgrades:</b> Truck has been out fitted with new LED headlights and turn signals up front. Steering wheel has been upgraded from the factory one. Exhaust has been upgraded to 8-inch bull hauler style stacks with all new exhaust 5-inch exhaust under the cab, including the down pipe from the turbo. Truck is also out fitted with a 15-inch drop visor.</p><p><br></p>
